What can I expect at my first visit?
Prior to your first visit you will be asked to complete a sleep disorders questionnaire that can be emailed to you in advance of your visit. Your first visit may be either 60 or 90 minutes long, depending on the nature of your complaint. A comprehensive sleep evaluation will be conducted and may include a brief physical examination. . Based on the information obtained at this initial visit, the sleep specialist will formulate a diagnosis and offer a recommended treatment plan for your consideration which may or may not involve an overnight sleep study.

All new patients please complete “New Patient Intake Forms” and “New Patient Sleep Symptoms Questionnaire”
If you wish to address insomnia difficulties (difficulties falling asleep and/ or staying asleep) please ALSO complete the "Insomnia Questionnaire" and "Sleep Diary".
Billing
Co-pays are due at each visit. We will bill the remainder of the fee to your insurance company.
Insurance & Fee for Service
We accept most private insurance as well as Medicare and TriCare for all sleep services. If you will be paying out of pocket, we can provide you our fees upon request.
Prescription Refills
Most prescriptions can be refilled by contacting us at 858-224-1866 and selecting the corresponding menu option.
Missed Appointments
We reserve a significant amount of time in our schedule for patients’ visits and these slots cannot be filled on short notice. We respectfully request, therefore, that you provide a minimum notice of 48 business hours if you need to cancel or post-pone your visit. Appointments missed or canceled within 24 hours will be charged a fee.
